October landed on a Tuesday this year, so I took the day off from work to spend time with Elaine on her birthday. As happy as we were to be able to spend the day together as a family, our enjoyment met with trepidation knowing that we'd be taking Jordan to his first formal photo shoot at the the mall. Nothing has really changed since his "real baby" blog, so he is still awake and alert in the morning/early afternoons. But you just never know with babies.To our delight, Jordan was on his best behavior during the shoot.
I guess he knew it was mommy's birthday and he wanted to impress her. The photographer got some great shots in a short 20 minute session. My personal favorite is the one with Elaine and Jordan by themselves. Wife looks hot here. You would never guess that she had a baby 7 weeks ago.After the shoot, we went to try a resta
urant that Elaine always wanted to check out, Dish Dash. It's Mediterranean food. This was Jordan's first restaurant visit as well. Overall he allowed us to enjoy our dinner for 30 minutes, but we left as he got a little restless.Overall a great day spent with the family. Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife!
